Gabriel Resources Ltd. (“Gabriel” or the “Company”) is a Canadian resource company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol GBU. For over two decades, the Company’s principal focus was the exploration and development of the Roșia Montană gold and silver project in Romania (the “Project”).

In July 2015, Gabriel and its wholly owned subsidiary, Gabriel Resources (Jersey) Limited, commenced arbitration proceedings against Romania before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID”) in relation to their investments in Romania. Following the dismissal of their claims by a majority of the tribunal in March 2024, they commenced proceedings seeking annulment of that decision.
